Matthew Barter is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and is the practice Principal. He has over 30 years of experience in many facets of the property world and prides himself on offering friendly, clear, practical advice.
Matthew has worked in many sectors of the construction industry from on-site construction management, to handling numerous technical insurance claims, acting as technical advisor to funders, project managing small and large construction projects, and undertaking numerous pre-purchase surveys for both residential and commercial Clients.
